These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Parcel Proof Video (the “App”), provided by Triad Mark. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App lets a merchant’s team record videos of orders being packed, stores those videos securely, and attaches a private viewer link to the corresponding Shopify order. Features and limits depend on your selected plan.
You agree to use the App lawfully and to record only content you are authorized to capture. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and recording laws in your jurisdiction, and for how you share viewer links with your customers.
You retain ownership of the videos and data you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content recorded through the App.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Video retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. Videos are deleted automatically after your chosen retention period (up to 45 days) and after uninstall.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad Mark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon uninstall, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
